The company, together with its subsidiaries, is primarily engaged in the import, wholesale trade and rental of construction and environmental equipment in Spain. Through its division Emil Rent, it offers rental of various equipment and machinery. It has the exclusive representation in Spain for Arjes brand, which supplies a range of equipment for the crushing of waste. The company, with registered head office located in Riba-Roja de Turia, Spain, was founded in 1993 by Enrique Grau and Maria Antonia Puigdollers, who know in the sector of public works in Spain as well as the concerns of builders and operation of machinery.
